Rented a Party Bus and Escalade for a Bachelor / Bachelorette Day Trip to Saratoga Springs.  Everything worked out perfectly.  Planning the trip was very easy and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout that process.  The drivers were great - very easygoing and always ready for us throughout the day.  The two vehicles were also great - very clean and luxurious.  Definitely no complaints.

Phenomenal transportation service! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I reserved a party bus sprinter van for a golf outing on my bachelor party. I spoke to almost a dozen different companies in the area and Black Luxe was the BEST by far. Gave us a great rate and were very accommodating with our complicated schedule. Corina was so helpful from the beginning, it was a pleasure working with her and Black Luxe. And as a bonus - I left my phone on the bus and, long after dropping us off, the driver stopped, found my phone and drove it back with no extra charge. He was awesome! Black Luxe Limousine saved the day for me!  Not knowing that Uber could be an issue I was stranded over the fourth weekend and needed to get to the airport immediately. Luckily the hotel gave us the number and within 15 minutes they pulled the office manager since the regular drivers were busy and a clean, professional SUV and driver arrived to take me to the airport. The service was excellent and the experience great. It’s great to know this company exists as it’s hard to fine transportation to the airport from the area.

What an incredible experience! My ten year old and I were stranded (our car broke down six times in five days) and we were lucky to call Black Luxe Limousine Service. Victor was kind, helpful and professional and got us in touch with Jordan.  Jordan picked us up in style with a beautiful Cadillac Escalade. Our plan was for Jordan to drop us off at the nearest airport to pickup a rental car, but because we so enjoyed the smooth drive, luxurious vehicle, and great conversation, we asked Jordan to drive us all the way back to Buffalo (a ten hour round trip for Jordan). Black Luxe Limousine was the best we could have asked for!! We took a birthday trip to Saratoga and we had 14 people in the party limo bus and it was the perfect size!!
